Exchange and Refund Policy

  • ⁠Only faulty products can be exchanged or refunded.
  • ⁠Please contact us and include photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days following the reception of your order.
  • Purchase will be refunded or exchanged solely based on our reasonable judgment and discretion. We reserve all rights to reject any unreasonable refund request.

Customised Products:

  • For customised products, such as car wipers and other products added periodically, if you think you have purchased the product for the wrong car model, we may, at our discretion, provide an exchange for you, with a top up of price difference (if any). All shipping fees and custom fees (Duty Fees) incurred from any product(s) returned to us, and reshipping the new product to you, will be borne by the buyer.
  • ⁠Please take note that you will need to choose the correct car model from our available list. In the event that your car model is not listed, we will not provide any refund.
  • We will only proceed to exchange and ship out another product upon receiving the returned product in unused, resalable condition and original packaging. As such, we strongly encourage you to check online for the correct car model, or to make an enquiry with us prior to making your purchase.
  • Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving customised products for any of the above-mentioned situations.

  • For customised products (e.g., car wipers), if you believe you purchased the wrong product for your car model, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange with a top-up of the price difference (if any).
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and custom fees (Duty Fees) associated with returning the product to us and reshipping the new product.
  • Please choose the correct car model from our available list during the purchase. We do not provide refunds if your car model is not listed.
  • We will proceed with the exchange and shipment of another product upon receiving the returned item in unused, resalable condition, and in its original packaging.
  • It is strongly recommended to check online for the correct car model or inquire with us before making a purchase.
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving customised products for any of the above-mentioned situations.
